Program Info

The Premier Program is for competitive and advanced level players, between the ages of 8 and 18, who demonstrate the desire and ability to learn and play soccer at the next level. This competitive program is designed to develop each individual player to their fullest potential while at the same time inspiring responsibility and commitment to a team.

At United Soccer Alliance we pride ourselves in creating and nurturing technically gifted players. We are committed to teaching valuable life lessons, helping all players become the best people they can become through the principles of sport.

  • United Soccer Alliance is the only club in North East Florida to offer a pathway to semi-professional soccer for both men and women.
  • The Class of 2019 saw 26 players move on to play collegiate soccer.
  • In the past 3 years we have placed over 80 players in collegiate soccer.
  • Our College Recruitment Program offers a hands-on tailored approach to the needs of each individual player.
  • All of our Coaches are professionally licensed and incredibly knowledgeable about the game.
  • Premier teams train a minimum of 3 nights per week.
  • Goalkeepers are offered 2 additional position specific sessions per week.

Sunshine Conference Academy Division

Sunshine Conference Academy Division offers our boys premier program the most competitive league in the area. The Sunshine Conference Academy Division has filled the void that was left behind by the Development Academy. The Academy Division will continue with the previously established Development Academy standards while addressing areas of improvement. The Academy Division has established play date that will allow for participation in high school soccer other other programs such as ODP. Teams will have access to league exclusive run showcases. Girls Premier Program Leagues

Girls Academy League

Girls Academy League is a new tier of competition for the 2020/2021 season which will play a major role in the elite girl’s soccer landscape moving forward. The Girls Academy League will be primarily composed of former Development Academy clubs, but not limited. United Soccer Alliance teams U13-U18/19 will be participating in the Southeast Conference, will feature cross-conference games, college showcases and a National Championship Series. The Girls Academy League will allow all players to participate in high school soccer and will be revising the substitution rules to encourage clubs to better utilize their player pools, especially when showcasing their players to college coaches.


Players Pass

All elite academy players, premier players and coaches must have a Player Pass to be able to participate in games.

This pass must contain the player’s/coach’s photo and be signed by the registrar. With out a pass, a player or coach will not be allowed to participate during games. Players should upload a passport-style photo to their player profile.

To emphasize… In order to be able to participate in the games: Coaches must have a copy of their official rosters and all Coaches and Players must have their laminated player pass.

Do I need to register for evaluations?

Yes, both current and new players need to register for Evaluations.

When will I know what team I am on?

Teams will be formed during the evaluation process and players will be notified via email or phone call by their coach shortly after.

What days will my team practice?

  • The practice schedule will be formed by the Coach and Club in June.
  • We do our best to work around the players' schedules.

Do I need to order new uniforms?

  • This year we will be introducing a new uniform.
  • Uniform ordering information will be sent out after tryouts.

Are there scholarships?

  • We have a “needs” based scholarship program.
  • Applications will be available after the evaluation process has finished.

Can I play up an age group?

Players that are already playing an age group up do not need to complete the evaluation process on age. If you wish to play up, please contact Matt Hollyoak [email protected].
