All Recreational soccer coaches are volunteers. Soccer experience is NOT required. United Soccer Alliance will provide guidance and training.
United Soccer Alliance is a volunteer-based organization. Much of our success depends on our volunteer coaches. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer coach please stop by the office at the Eagle Harbor Soccer Complex between 4-7 on weekdays or contact the Recreation Director at [email protected]

The United Soccer Alliance Academy is on the cutting edge of soccer training in Florida. The Academy is always looking for Game Day Managers to help facilitate the game for the kids. Responsibilities include the organization of the players on the GAME DAY and substitutions.
All Coaches are required to attend 1 coaches meeting and 1 coaches clinic per season.
Coaches are also required to submit to a background screening before they may begin practices or games.
2019/20 Youth Academy Mid-Season Evaluations
Evaluations are for all players born between 2010 - 2013.
The evaluations are for the SPRING 2020 season.
Evaluations are conducted by the United Soccer Alliance professional coaching staff. There are several evaluation dates and we prefer players to attend as many as possible to ensure they are placed appropriately.
