Training Layout / U.S. Soccer Standards

  • Four days per week Training
  • Training sessions will be periodized per schedule of games
  • Analysis of training sessions will be tracked by the players
  • Certain sessions will be filmed for review with the team, blocks of players of individuals
  • Futsal, indoor soccer, SAQ, recovery (regeneration) and strength training will be built into the schedule
  • Multiple coaches will be at each session to make training more functional
  • Teams will be forded half a field for each session
